**The opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Store Manager to join the Culture Kings team at our Parramatta Westfield Store

In this hands-on & fast-paced role, you will INSPIRE, influence and coach a strong team. You will oversee the daily running of the store and ensure that we operate at a premium level always creating world-class experiences for our customers. This is the pinnacle retail role where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them.

Our store trades 7 days a week so you must be available to work weekends, late nights, and holidays on a rotating roster.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the store team and foster a positive and motivating work environment with a customer centric approach.
- Prioritise exceptional customer service and ensure team are delivering outstanding customer experiences, building loyalty and proactively creating magic moments for Culture Kings customers.
- Oversee the store inventory, including stock levels, restocking and visual merchandising. Collaborate with the Regional Manager and the Merchandise team to optimize product assortment and ensure appropriate stock management.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for store teams. Enhance product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service skills to empower teams to perform at their best.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness and overall store aesthetic.
- Manage store budgets and expenses and monitor and control costs to ensure maximum profitability whilst maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in store marketing campaigns and promotions effectively.
- Manage team rostering and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and optimise staffing levels to meet business needs.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail management, with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of retail staff.
- Excellent sales and customer service acumen, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations and creating magical moments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
- Financial literacy and experience in managing budgets and expenses.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
