**Position Overview**:
As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in various construction and maintenance projects across Sydney. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting skilled tradespeople, operating basic machinery, and ensuring a safe and efficient worksite. This position offers casual employment with the potential for ongoing and full-time placements, allowing you to build a stable and rewarding career in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various construction tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to project schedules and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
- A strong work ethic with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople.
- Basic understanding of construction processes is a plus.
- White Card mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends if required.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
