Job Description: Store Team Member - Carlton

**Position Overview**: We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Store Team Members. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and contributing to the overall success of our diverse offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning aisles, and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, conducting regular stock checks, and monitoring product expiry dates.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items in our St Ali cafe, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Assist customers with Tatts Lotto transactions and inquiries, adhering to relevant regulations and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting them as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Tatts Lotto procedures (preferred but not required).
- Barista experience (preferred but not required).
- RSA certification (preferred but not required for entry-level positions).
