Conplant is the largest compaction specialist in Australia and offers the most diverse and comprehensive range of compaction solutions including hire, sales, parts and service. Conplant also distributes the world-renowned range of Wacker Neuson equipment including excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, and general construction equipment.

As a business we retain our own transport fleet using a mix of in-house transport and external transport contractors. The transport element of the role involves the movement of Conplant’s equipment and other equipment to local and regional areas including interstate.

**_About you _**
- Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their driving history and to undertake drug and alcohol testing as part of the recruitment process which includes a medical. Random drug and alcohol testing also forms an ongoing part of Conplant’s Fitness for Work policy. _
- _Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence required. _
- _Experience of at least 5 years _
- _Experienced in loading and unloading all types of heavy earthmoving machinery. _
- _Good communication skills, both written and verbal. _
- _Practical experience of workplace health and safety legislation. _
- _An organised, methodical approach with the ability to follow well established safety procedures is essential. _
- _Attention to detail. _
- _A flexible ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness and ability to work as part of a small team. _
- _Ability to utilise bespoke company IT system on an android tablet. _
