Our VCE department at The Gordon is searching for dynamic VCE-VM Teachers to join our team.
Are you an enthusiastic educator who is proactive in shaping curriculum initiatives, passionate about teaching, and eager to collaborate within our team to lead innovative student engagement and experiences?

As a VCE teacher, you will implement industry best practices, incorporate current learning technologies, and employ contemporary learning pedagogies. This position requires the ability to tailor VCE programs to meet the diverse needs of our learners and clients.
**Skills & attributes for success in this role**
- A degree, or other approved tertiary qualification to enable to teach across VCE Year 11 & 12
- Four years of full-time or equivalent higher education study, including an approved initial primary and/or secondary teaching qualification of at least one year’s duration

**Employment Opportunity**
Various fixed-term positions to 31 December 2025
**Salary**
Teacher L1.1 to L1.2 (AQF4) $78,564 to $83,429 p.a. (pro rata)
Teacher L2.1 to L2.3 (AQF5) $85,169 to $93,961 p.a. (pro rata)
Teacher L3.1 to L3.4 (AQF6+) $99,983 to $111,391 p.a. (pro rata)
- Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate._
