**The importance of this role**

The Healthcare Information Analyst is responsible for providing specialist advice and support including review and adaption of digital health information systems. The work that you do will ensure that our teams providing care are using our digital platforms effectively and efficiently. You will act as a conduit between our IT and Seniors Living teams.

In this role you will:

- Develop and build relationships between operations and the services; provide advice and support to service staff on the management and maintenance of systems and processes.
- Develop, advise, implement, review and improve systems, policies, procedures, supporting documentation and projects; ensure adherence with regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, compliance with legislation, funding and contemporary best practice.
- Monitor service data quality; conduct audits and develop reporting.
- Support software implementation and testing processes; provide advice on the impact of change.
- Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders and industry vendors.
- Monitor national and international best practice data strategies, ensure consistent and effective translation of strategies into practice

**About you**

You have an analytical mind and can dissect processes and procedures and identify areas for continuous improvement. Your strong communication skills will ensure that you are able to communicate with IT professionals and stakeholders that may not be as advanced with their adoption of digital technology. Your passion for utilising digital platforms to their potential will equip our services teams with the tools they need to perform their roles to the best of their ability. If you have experience in Autumn Care and Residential aged care, that would be highly advantageous.

In order to thrive in this role your skills, knowledge and experience should include.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration/Analytics, Health or related field
- Knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies.
- Three years leadership or audit experience in Home Care and/or Residential Aged Care.
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

- Under Churches of Christ policy and/or the applicable public health directions, team members are required to be up to date with their COVID-19 Vaccination.
