Butcher

3A Foods is seeking an experienced Butcher/All Rounder to join our Meat Processing team in Canning vale, WA. There is multiple full time positions available where you will play a key role in the efficient and accurate processing of premium meat products.

**What you'll be doing**
- Utilise your expert butchery skills to break down, prepare, and package a wide range of meat products.
- Portion controlled cutting and packaging for customer orders.
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of meat processing equipment
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with the receiving, handling and storage of meat deliveries
- Participate in team-based tasks and collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Butcher or meat processor.
- Sound knowledge & experience of meat cutting techniques, portion control, food safety, and quality control
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume meat processing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet production targets
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment

**Criminal Record check is mandatory.**

**Certificate III in meat processing or RPL is highly desirable.**

**Certificate in food safety & White Card will be appreciated.**

**$74,000 to $78,000/year plus super.**
