Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of F100 and A320 jet aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialised in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Engineering Project Analyst, you will support the Manager Commercial and Contract Compliance with the coordination of projects by providing analysis, regular updates and the delivery of outcomes. You will coordinate the delivery of projects in accordance with agreed project success criteria, time constraints, scope management, risk management and quality governance. Additionally, you will continually identify and embed system and process improvement across the Engineering and Maintenance business unit.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine success criteria and scope.
- Coordinate the delivery of projects in accordance with agreed project success criteria, time constraints, scope management, risk management and quality.
- Analyse all data relating to projects and provide relevant information to the General Manager of Engineering.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project issues, risks interdependence and constraints.
- Continually identify ways that will improve the operation of the engineering business unit
- Implement system and process improvements

You’ll have
- 5+ years in project coordination
- Experience in change management
- Project management qualification preferable
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Forward thinking with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology is desirable
- Experience in project Life Cycle Management is desirable
