**Your role in a nutshell**:
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
**Key duties**:
- The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
- Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
- Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
- Learn the products, their origins and proactively engage with customers to experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.
**What we look for**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers
- A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
- A drive to aid the team in reaching store targets and sales
- An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.
