Founded in 1955, we are a leading civil engineering contracting company in WA. Over time we have established an excellent reputation and a strong presence in the Civil Construction industry and Mining Services.

We are currently seeking Dozer and Grader Operators to join our growing team. These are permanent positions, FIFO 2:1 roster, working on a regional civil construction project with a Tier 1 Gold Company in the Northern Pilbara. The project will be predominately bulk earthworks, tailing dams and road infrastructure.

You will be leading and working with a team to ensure all site and project operations are executed to the client needs.

**Accountabilities of the role**:

- Maintain and adhere to a safe work environment.
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings.
- Liaising with supervisors daily to ensure all work is completed timely and effectively.
- Ensuring records/reports are completed as required.
- Attending and contributing to Safety Committee Meetings as required.

**About you**:

- Highly competent in a civil bulk earthworks and land development environment (essential).
- Complete a pre-employment physical assessment and drug test.
- Recent GPS experience such as Trimble and Topcon (essential).
- RII operating ticket(s).
- Previous experience in aspects of civil subdivision.
- Manual Drivers License (essential) and HR Drivers License (preferred).
