An opportunity has become available for Store Manager at our highly successful Augustus Gelatery Store in Traralgon. We are on the hunt for a dedicated and reliable **Store Manager**

Applicants must have previous hospitality and/or retail experience. Management or leadership experience is highly preferred.

As Store Manager you will be expected to manage a team of up to approximately 25 staff members, complete rosters, implement policies and procedures and uphold Head Office expectations. Excellent organisation and communication skills are a must

Responsibilities include:

- Oversee daily operations of the store to maintain smooth procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
- Managing teams
- Weekly rostering
- Hiring and training new staff
- Communicate between head office and employee
- Ordering of stock and supplies through head office
- Performance appraisals
- Conduct staff meetings

This is a full-time permanent position. The store will be open 364 days so applicants must have high and flexible summer availability including a mixture of days, nights and weekend work. Position paid under Fast Food Industry Award rates.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
