**Description**:
About the Role

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our team based in Derrimut. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will lead the service function to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard and to support service demand. This challenging and exciting role offers a variety of work, both off and on the tools.

**As our Team Leader you will**:

- Lead and mentor technicians in their day to day roles
- Communicate and monitor safety culture in the branch
- Coordinate with the office to ensure equipment availability and customer processes are complete
- Train and guide technicians on service and procedures, including Baseplan
- Monitor and record parts usage
- Conduct equipment servicing and repairs

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and Experience

**Ideally, you will possess the following**:

- Trade qualification - mechanical, or hydraulics, or fitter
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing service demand
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management and customers
- Experience with EWPs highly regarded
- Current driver's licence
- Forklift, EWP or OHS cards/licences not essential but are highly regarded
