Your new company
Your new company is leading producer of meat products in the Gippsland region. With state of the art facilities, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a small team.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, in your new role, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening team in a cold warehouse setting:

- Provide supervision for a crew of 9-10 workers
- Oversee the loading of containers in preparation for transport
- Lid and prepare goods for freezing or for wastage
- Communicate effectively with the stakeholders
- Responsible for OHS and be the point of call during your shift as the most senior person on site

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Forklift licence
- MR licence
- Tug licence
- Significant people management experience
- Experience working in a cold warehouse is advantageous but not essential.

What you'll get in return

This is a great role for someone looking to work evening shifts. 5pm - 1/2am Sunday to Thursday each week. You will be paid an excellent salary of 88.5k + super + overtime and penalty rates for weekend and evening work. Level 5 pay on the EBA this is a great role, working for a great employer in the region.
