*Job Description:*

We are looking for a *responsible, hard-working, and passionate Gardener* who loves the outdoors and has a keen eye for detail. This role offers flexibility with a commitment of *two to four days per week*. It’s ideal for someone seeking part-time work, such as a student or an individual with another gig, but also committed to a long-term role with growth potential.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead and manage garden maintenance tasks, such as pruning, weeding, mowing, and mulching, independently.
- Execute soft landscaping projects, including planting, soil preparation, and installing garden beds.
- Build and maintain edible veggie gardens for clients.
- Drive and manage work tasks at various job sites.
- Represent the business professionally in client interactions.

*Qualifications:*
- *Driver’s license is a must.* You don’t necessarily need to have your own car, but it’s preferred. If you have a vehicle that can be used for work, you will be compensated for its use. If not, the business can provide a vehicle in the future.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor; you’ll be representing our business to clients.
- *Commitment of at least nine months* is required, as we are looking for someone who can grow with the business and potentially take on a team leader role.

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)
