**About the role**

We have an entry-level or career change opportunity for an ePAS Administrator to join our Henderson based team. This is a great opportunity for an individual to gain exposure, knowledge and experience of the Defence industry within the NSM PMO function which includes the following business streams; Project Controls, Planning and Scheduling, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Production.

As a self-motivated, keen to learn individual, you will be supported and trained in all aspects of this position.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Create new ePAS user profiles and consult ePAS users to ensure correct ePAS permissions;
- Support ePAS project team for phase roll out to all projects;
- Develop reports, presentations and HSE Communications/Alerts;
- Develop processes, templates, guidelines, registers, schedules and matrices, consutling with stakeholders;
- Review and update processes, templates, guidelines, registers, schedules and matrices;
- Develop and deliver training presentations based on processes;
- Conduct ePAS training sessions for new and existing users;
- Support Project admin by request of Regional HSE Manager; and
- Complete actions assigned through EMS within a reasonable timeframe.

**About you**

**Essential**:

- General administration experience;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word with demonstrated experience in advanced document formatting;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet multiple deadlines; and
- Strong attention to detail.

**Desirable**
- Either hold OHS/WHS qualification or have a strong interest in workplace health and safety with a willingness to learn more; and
- Understanding of WHS framework and legislation and a working knowledge of creating documents to align.

**Essential Compliance Requirements**
- Must either hold, or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance; and
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
