**The Role**

As a result of our continued growth and expansion we have a new and unique opportunity for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our corporate Marketing & Communications Team, reporting to our Group Marketing & Communications Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather information and insights for internal and external communication purposes.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
- Develop and produce engaging and targeted content for various marketing materials.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, standards, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Draft and distribute press releases and respond to media enquiries, as required.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and platforms through various analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.

**About You**:

- Solid foundation in a communications role, with marketing experience desirable.
- Excellent editorial and/or production skills, including the ability to write, edit and produce communications for various mediums within tight timeframes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to quality delivery and strong organisational & prioritising skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-faceted, fast, and growing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
