Our client is an established, household name based in Port Melbourne. They are currently on the search for a permanent Accounts Payable Officer.
This is a full time opportunity situated within a great working environment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Invoice processing
- Matching invoices with orders and reports
- Invoice register maintenance
- Reconciliations
- Payment processing
- EFT preparation
- Enter orders and variations
- Dealing with queries and escalating when needed
- Administration

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Substantial experience in a similar AP role previously
- Ability to keep up with a fast pace
- ERP software knowledge advantageous
- Ability to prioritise, organise and communicate
- Highly efficient approach to work

You will be required to work onsite in Port Melbourne 4 days per week, with the option to work from home 1 day per week.
This is a fairly relaxed work environment. People get together for Friday drinks but there is no pressure to join. The team are looking forward to welcoming someone new into the fold.
