Reporting to Maintenance Superintendent, the position includes the following responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the rolling stock maintenance program
- Ability to effective plan
- Ensures optimal utilisation of resources
- Limit breakdowns / downtime on equipment
- Prepare shift roster to ensure efficient division of work
- Continuous improvement of the entire area of responsibility
- Can work within the allocated budget
- Limits wastage through efficient recovery of materials and workable spares

This role is 4 days on & 4 days off Monday to Sunday - 06:00 - 18:00.

- Experience in a similar role
- Trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter)

- Forklift Licence
- Is a leader and demonstrates leadership
- Root Cause Analysis experience

- Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Is a team player.
