**The Role**: - We are looking for 2 x casual Care Service Employees to cover our AM/PM and Night Shifts across our fortnightly roster. You must have flexibility and be available to work when rostered.
- complete holistic assessments
- develop appropriate care plans
- evaluate and make clinical decisions
- guide our care staff
- improve the quality of life of our Residents.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
- ** No visa restrictions**:

- ** Medication competent - highly desirable**:

- Experience in similar role in aged care at least 6 months is desirable
- Availability to work on a rotating roster basis, which may involve shifts in the morning, afternoon and night
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
- Effective time management and reporting skills
- Past experience working in the kitchen is desirable but not mandatory
