Shaver Shop dominates its core business of both men's and female hair removal. **The Role** Successful Assistant Store Managers will be able to create links between people, process and presentation to create a store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors. We have a 'can do' culture where employees see the difference they make. **Skills & Experience** - Previous management experience, preferably in retail - Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience - Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets - Experience in developing and coaching a team - Drive policies and procedures - Is Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant - Demonstrates a "team player" attitude - Implement promotional changes - Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity - Create a safe working environment for your team and customers - Roster your team in line with store’s trading profile **Benefits** - Structured training plan with Buddy Manager support - Development plans to support your ongoing growth - Competitive salary. - Annual Brand Ambassador Program for high performers encompassing an overseas Retail Tour.
