About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for reporting on the procurement process while working closely with the National Procurement Manager and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include;
Develop and manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure KPI's are consistently met

Maintain up to date knowledge of the general packing market, and perform search, pricing, sourcing, and reporting functions for relevant product categories

Provide reports and present data as requested to key stakeholders

Contribute to pricing and implementation initiatives for tenders

Assist the Supply team to maintain the quality system and meet regulatory requirements

To be considered, we are also looking for:
A demonstrated ability to multi-task with strong time management skills to set and meet deadlines

Experience in a procurement, category management, merchandise, buying or related environment

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite with exposure to ERP system

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of people
