**Your new role**

Will be working at the heart of the operations, where you will be evaluating customer requests, forms and documentation before ensuring that this information is received by the correct team. While working with sensitive information and respecting privacy legislation, you will provide outstanding customer support via written response, to request more information as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Independence: You thrive when working autonomously.
- Quick Learner: Adaptability is your superpower.
- Prioritisation Skills: Juggling tasks? No problem
- Attention to Detail: Dotting i’s and crossing t’s is second nature.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- A National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months is required.
