**The Venue**

Matteo Double Bayis your vibrant neighborhood trattoria, located in the heart of Double Bay. We are looking for an experienced CDP to join our family at one of the busiest restaurants in the eastern suburbs.

**What we are looking for**
- CDP positions available
- Full-time and Casual positions
- Minimum 2 years of experience on similar positions
- Extended knowledge of food and produce
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Full australian working rights
- Immediate start
- Higher salary depending on experience

**The Role**
- Working alongside with the head chef to ensure daily kitchen operations
- Organizing prep for daily shifts, setting up to lead a smooth service
- Ensure a positive atmosphere in kitchen by leading as an example
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene and grooming standards

**Salary**

CDP - $65,000 - $69,999 per year + tips + super

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Contract
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
