Would you like to lead and work with a growing and dynamic L&D team?

As part of our ongoing strategy to become Australia’s leading integrated resort, our Learning and Development team is expanding. We are hiring a Manager - Learning Design Centre, a role that allows you to create and lead a fit for purpose learning design hub, focused on learning solutions and experience. Reporting to the Group L&D Manager, you will take a hands on approach to lead the team and provide Instructional Design support for delivery of learning materials, tools and presentations.

This is a 12 month contract, full time role based in your choice of Sydney, Gold Coast or Brisbane + at home work options.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the management of end-to-end design process to ensure training content and learning methodologies are reflective of a customer service driven culture.
- Manage stakeholder relationship and set realistic expectation to the outcome of learning solutions
- Coach and empower the team to create people centred learning for enhanced performance
- Monitor and be responsible for the quality assurance of all in house learning design standards, evaluation of experience, and implementation of improvements and innovations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the digital compliance learning experience

**We are looking for**:

- Strong experience in eLearn/Instructional design and content creation in a large organisation
- Consulting and project management skills highly desired
- Proven examples of creating engaging learning activities and relevant content that enhances business deliverables
- Qualification in L&D, IT or relevant discipline desired and Cert IV Training & Assessment
