**Snapshot of the role**:

- Level 2/3 Infrastructure Support for a variety of hardware & software technologies including Servers, Networking, Security, Virtualisation, Cloud, Backups/DR.
- Level 1 End User support overflow as needed.
- Monitor and maintain company IT Infrastructure to maximise availability and reliability.
- Develop/maintain IT Infrastructure documentation
- Investigate & resolve IT issues.
- Manage Vendor escalations & resolutions.

**What we are looking for**:
Demonstrated experience in ICT, minimum 3 years of broad range technical skills from firewall to desktop, covering;
- Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, File & Print, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, DFS
- Microsoft Exchange on premise & online
- Proficient with Linux (RHEL & CentOS)
- Microsoft 365 administration - including Exchange, SharePoint and Teams
- Hyper-converged hardware - Nutanix
- Virtualisation hypervisors, VMware, Hyper-V
- Cisco Meraki Network switches, routers, WAP, firewall
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced IT support environment
- Ability to easily communicate technical speak to non
- technical users
- Broad understanding of IT technology and Cyber Security principles
- SQL experience would be well regarded.
