Barbers at the Bay is a premier barbershop located in the heart of Rose bay, dedicated to providing exceptional grooming services in a friendly and professional environment.

Must be suitable skilled and qualified. Min 2 years experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Client consultation - Engage with clients to understand their grooming preferences and provide expert advice on hairstyles and beard designs.

Hair cutting and styling - Perform precise haircuts, trims, and styles using various tools including scissors, clippers, and razors.

Shaving and beard grooming - Provide traditional and contemporary shaving services, beard trims, and facial hair sculpting.

Hair treatments - Provide hair treatments such as colouring, relaxing, and conditioning as per clients requests.

Sanitation and cleanliness - Maintain a clean and hygienic work station by sterilising tools and ensuring the barber shop meets health and safety standards.

Product knowledge - Advise clients on hair and beard care products, promoting sales on grooming products available in store.

Appointment management - Schedule and manage client appointments to ensure timely services.

Team collaboration - Work collaboratively with other barbers and staff to create a welcome and cohesive environment.

**Skills**:Proficiency in various haircutting and styling techniques including fades, tapering, and beard sculpting.

Strong, interpersonal customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $73,150.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
