A leader in Australian fashion retail is seeking one Store Manager and one Assistant Manager to take on positions within two of their brands in separate stores; in the prime location of Canberra Civic.

This retail group has its origins over 50 years ago and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to design and quality in all aspects of their business. Servicing Men’s, Women’s and Children’s markets they currently have over 1200 employees across Australia and New Zealand.

**Store Manager**:

- $62k + super
- Offering a range from casual styles to work-wear targeting demographics 16+

**Assistant Manager**:

- $58,600 + Super
- This brand has a strong focus on high quality basics, smart-casual clothing and accessories. Primarily serves a demographic of 30+

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a fashion retail environment, with a strong understanding of current trends and styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers to meet their fashion needs and build long term relationships.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and planning.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising and styling.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the confidence to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
- Passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on our customers.
