The Bartender is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of their assigned bar area whilst providing a high level of guest service providing a mix of traditional and sophisticated cocktails.
**About the role**:
- Prepare & make sophisticated cocktails
- Deliver extraordinary guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
- Replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with RSA regulations
- Complete shift checklist
**About You**:
- Ability to work weekends - evenings & late nights
- Ability to work 24 - 40 hrs per week
- Ability to work a seven-day rotating roster
- Sound product knowledge wine, beer, spirits and cocktails
- Ability to deliver extraordinary guest services
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol required
- 1-year experience is a high volume, fast paced bar
- Positive work ethic
