**About the team**:
Questacon is Australia’s National Science & Technology Centre. We harness imagination and wonderment to make fun, interactive learning experiences that stimulate engagement in science and technology.

Questacon’s Digital Engagement Team is facilitating Questacon’s digital future, through system implementation, web development and change management. It is a dynamic and insightful team that works across all areas of Questacon to:

- Support audience engagement through the implementation of digital products and services
- Understand our online user and share insights across the organisation to improve engagement outcomes
- Collaborate and understand user needs to increase engagement, efficiency of services, communication and collaboration
- Strengthen digital literacy, provide advice on digital capability and embrace meaningful change.

**The opportunity**:
In this role you will:

- Contribute to enhancing our international reputation for hands-on engagement with Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths and develop Questacon’s user experience on-site, online and on the road.
- Work collaboratively with teams across Questacon and the Department and play a key role in defining Questacon’s digital future.
- Lead a great team and contribute your expertise and experience within an awesome workplace.
- Demonstrate your ability to lead multiple projects that significantly contribute to the Questacon experience and create positive memories for people all over Australia.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation and across the Department to significantly uplift Questacon’s digital capability and play a key role in delivering Questacon’s digital future.
- Build on your skills in team management, stakeholder engagement, procurement and contract management and the implementation of systems to support and improve science engagement outcomes.
