**Your new team**:
Noogal Clinic is an integrated community mental health service which provides recovery oriented mental health care to adults aged 16-65 years old within the Northern catchment. The team works with consumers residing in the community throughout the continuum of their care. Clinicians at Noogal Clinic use their clinical mental health knowledge, skills, expertise to the assessment, delivery of support, treatment and provision of targeted interventions to the consumers of the service.

**Your new role**:

- Provide recovery oriented assessment, care and interventions in collaboration with consumers /carers/families
- Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and other service providers including GP’s and NDIS service providers
Support staff and consumers in compiling and accessing NDIS package
- Establish and maintain effective interfaces and partnerships with key agencies and community groups through consultation, liaison, education and collaborative projects.

**About you**:

- Extensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of severe mental illness and psychiatric disability.
- Good understanding of NDIS process and documenttaion involved.
- Ability to carryout discipline specific tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, families/carers, colleagues and other service providers
- Ability to work with consumers, family and carers from a range of cultural backgrounds, and to provide gender sensitive services.**Interested?**
