An exciting opportunity exists for a mechanical services designer or graduate engineer within MN8 Consulting’s team.

You will be reporting to a project lead and assist in the successful delivery of projects to the largest builders, contractors and developers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- _Interpretation of project briefs._
- _Assistance in the design and specification of mechanical building services systems to a level suitable for publishing/completion._
- _Preparation of drawings._
- _Effectively communicate with the project team._
- _Assistance with technical responses and reports._
- _Ability to use initiative, be solution focussed and deliver._
- _Compliance with QA systems._
- _Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties commensurate with the role and request of management._

Competencies:

- _A minimum of 2 years experience in the field is preferred_
- Appropriate qualifications - Relevant diploma as a minimum OR 3rd year of an engineering degree completed
- _Literacy in typical software (Autocad, Bluebeam, Revit, Microsoft Office)_
- _Strong communications skills and initiative_
- _Maturity and common sense_
- _Ability to work autonomously and participate within the team to promote a collaborative environment_

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year
