**About the Role**:

- As a Personal Carer, you will:

- Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
- Work as part of a team Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
- Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
- Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
- Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.

**About You**:

- You will share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation and integrity— and are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of others.
You will bring:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Experience in a similar role in aged care
