From market fresh and ready-to-go to unique arrangements, Fresh Stems' in-house florists take care of all floral needs including corporate arrangements, weddings, funerals, special occasions and delivery.

Tony & Mark's is seeking qualified, experienced, committed, creative Florists to join our dynamic, innovative and fast paced team.

As a Florist you will:

- Assist with the daily operations including floral arranging, stock and quality control, merchandising
- Work with other members of the team to achieve the daily and weekly tasks
- Deliver a superior level of customer service and assist in promoting required marketing initiatives to customers
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Follow recipes where provided to the required specification
- Be familiar with and undertake basic hygiene for flower care

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Available for minimum 20 hours a week
- Be hard working and willing to help out with all aspects of Floristry
- Posses passion, creativity, imagination, initiative and motivation
- Be a committed team member who loves providing the customer with a great experience every time
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a professional manner and be well-presented
- Be available to work some late nights and weekends

**Salary**: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
