Group Fitness Instructor

As part of the Fitstop team you will be surrounded by a strong and passionate community, while working alongside the Fitstop Mitchell owner, trainers and our members your key responsibility will be to inspire our members through exceptional group training sessions, you will have a strong focus on member growth and retention by building and maintaining relationships with members and the local community. **Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to Fitstop members, prospects and suppliers
- Demonstrate your professional knowledge in each and every session
- Guide and mentor Fitstop members and prospects to reach their full potential
- Lead each and every session as per the Fitstop perfect session standards
- Set up the layout of each session in accordance with the Fitstop session template documents
- Consistently familiarise yourself with the Fitstop Product
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the Fitstop gym is of the highest standard
- Review the Fitstop programming blocks in advance and always following the programming
- Drive performance for Fitstop campaigns
- Play an active role in engaging new Fitstop members and retaining our existing ones.
- Attend Fitstop team meetings and member events
- Commit to ongoing training and development

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Certificate III or IV in Fitness
- Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training (preferred but not essential)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Creativity, drive and initiative
- Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Work well as part of a team
- High level of integrity

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
