**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare Drinks**: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to the restaurant’s menu and customer preferences.
- **Customer Service**: Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- **Maintain Bar Stock**: Keep track of inventory, reorder supplies, and ensure the bar is well-stocked with necessary ingredients and beverages.
- **Cleanliness**: Ensure the bar area is clean and organized, including washing glassware, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- **Check IDs**: Verify the legal drinking age of customers, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
- **Handle Payments**: Process customer orders, manage cash, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate register.
- **Create Cocktails and Specials**: Be creative with drink-making, and suggest new cocktails or daily specials to customers.
- **Monitor Alcohol Consumption**: Monitor customers' alcohol intake and refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication, as needed.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $27.50 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
