**About the Role**:
We require a passionate early childhood educator that will conduct the following duties:

- Implementation of a vibrant curriculum based on the children's current knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities, and interests
- Engaging with families and keeping them informed of children's progress with a welcoming smile and warm heart
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to plan, evaluate and enhance learning outcomes for children
- Engage in pedagogical practices of planning, observing and assessing children in a meaningful way
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in the centre

**About You**:
You're passionate about early childhood education and making a positive impact in each child's life through meaningful relationships with children and their families. You also bring a positive and professional attitude to all team interactions, and help to foster a supportive and collaborative work culture.

**You Must Have**:

- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- Ability to work Full-time on a rotating roster with 1 RDO per month
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Current Employee NSW Working With Children Check
- Good knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Experience working in early childhood settings (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
