Our professional, active and friendly Rhodes based family is searching for a warm, bubbly, creative, nurturing, long-term nanny to provide engaging care for their 2 year old girl. It is essential that the nanny takes a proactive role in creating fun and engaging activities for their toddler.

The nanny will focus the majority of her care on the toddler, ensuring her days are filled with fun and new activities, and a lot of outdoor time. The nanny will be responsible for meal preparation, using the family’s car to drive to and from swimming lessons, occasional grocery errands, and will be required to take the dog out for walks. Some light household duties if time permits.

The successful nanny will be provided with a beautiful work environment, open communication, and a long-term relationship with a pleasant and trustworthy family.

Nanny Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Organizing and planning creative and educational activities with the toddler
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
- Prepare and tidy up meals for toddler
- Attend swim lessons
- Work with parents to ensure children’s growth and social development
- Maintaining all aspects of the care routine for the children
- Pet duty: walk the dog occasionally and fed the dog during breakfast and dinner
- Ad hoc for casual event

To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:

- A valid driver’s license (car provided)
- Knows how to swim
- Excellent communication skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children full-time in Australia
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
- Current National Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
