Due to an internal move, we are seeking a Quality and Education Manager to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. In this role, you will set up our systems according to our standard operating model at Catholic Healthcare and coordinate all services in relation to clinical quality and education support to ensure that accreditation standards are met or exceeded. In addition to this, you will:

- Ensure clinical and service delivery and documentation is upheld to the highest standards.
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external quality audits at the home.
- Facilitate effective training and education to all staff, including induction and competencies and ongoing training as required.
- Registered Nurse with APHRA registration.
- An in-depth understanding of Aged Care Standards.
- Fundamental knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care facility.
- Essential knowledge of the accreditation standards
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Quality role in the Aged Care industry.
- Certificate 4 in Workplace and Assessment Training (desirable).
- A passion for continuous learning and education.
