Mechanical Technician - Full-time position available in NSW, Qld & WA

We service our customers through multiple businesses in our portfolio: NEPEAN Building and Infrastructure (Galserv, Galintel, Weldlok), NEPEAN Engineering and Innovation, NEPEAN Power, Mining (NEPEAN Longwall), PROK, NEPEAN Conveyors, NEPEAN Transport, Gurtec, Roxon, and NEPEAN Belting Mackay with business locations in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical Technician qualification
- Ability to pass medical and police check
- Tight attention to detail, great problem-solving skills and team collaboration
- Ability to read detailed drawings and understand basic engineering documents

Daily duties will include however are not limited to:

- Assembly and disassembly of site Plant equipment, gearboxes, driveline equipment, hydraulic driven equipment Pumps pipelines and all work functions related to this
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Maintenance of onsite fixed and mobile plant equipment, including the completion of the appropriate paperwork for the maintenance schedule reports, for the equipment that has been repaired/inspected
- Work with and support the all-crew members and operate as an all-rounder in the team
- Identify improvements and complete a Non-Conformance Report if/when required.
- Responsible for the housekeeping and cleanliness of your designated workplace and site in general to 5S Standard

**Salary**: Between $75,000 and $80,000 per annum + Super
