Vic Gardener Supervisor

Corou Property Services provides services within various sectors of the property services industry, such as commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, property maintenance, gardening and landscaping across New South Wales, ACT and Victoria.

We have a great opportunity to join our facilities team. We are seeking a dedicated Gardener with, professional experience, to assist us in fulfilling our current client contracts by providing excellent customer service and high quality professional gardening services.

About the Role:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be focused on high quality outcomes for our clients, whilst also being energetic, a highly motivated team player, focused on customer service & innovative in your thinking.

If successful, you would be responsible for:

- Coordinating and conducting the Gardening team’s daily jobs for our client;
- Plant new decorative pushes, flowers, plants and shrubs when required;
- Trimming overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves
- Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth
- Take out weeds and dead plants;
- Advise our client on how to look after the landscaping and grounds.
- Conduct general maintenance duties of the client’s outdoor spaces / those associated with garden sites / beds such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties;
- Supervise maintenance and repairs to equipment, client grounds, outdoor areas, nature strips and walkways.

The successful applicants will have:

- A strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills demonstrating your passion for all facets of Grounds Maintenance.
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Exposure to soft landscaping & irrigation also beneficial.
- Police Check within last 12 months
- Working With Children Check
- A current driver's license

**Salary**: $75,500.00 per year
