Head Trainer

We’re on the lookout for the _right person_ to lead our training team and inspire our incredible F45 UMG community.

At F45 Upper Mount Gravatt, we don’t just run workouts—we create an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and excited to train. **What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking someone who is more than just a great coach—we’re looking for a leader. Someone who leads from the front, brings energy to every session, and takes pride in building a strong community and mentoring fellow coaches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead high-energy group training sessions in line with the F45 programming
- Manage and develop the coaching team, ensuring consistency and excellence across all sessions
- Maintain studio standards, safety, and member engagement
- Help onboard new members and make everyone feel welcome
- Contribute to community events, challenges, and member celebrations
- Collaborate with management on programming feedback, member retention, and improvements

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Cert III & IV in Fitness (required)
- First Aid & CPR (up to date)
- A true passion for group fitness and community building
- Leadership experience and a growth mindset
- Reliability, initiative, and strong communication skills
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and some weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
