Join our team at Kal's on Cahill as the Head Barista at our brand new cafe nestled in the heart of Wolli Creek, NSW. We're on the lookout for a talented individual who can elevate the coffee experience for our customers and set the standard for excellence in every sip.

What we're looking for**:

- Leadership: As our Head Barista, you'll be the driving force behind our coffee program, leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver excellence day in and day out.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wolli Creek, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)

- Australia (preferred)
