About the role
Service Stream’s Telecommunications Division are currently seeking a FSD Administrator to join our team. In this role you will be primarily responsible for the administration of tasks managed by the FSD Team, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Location: Chatswood, New South Wales
Basis: Permanent, full-time
Key responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for some of the following:
- Day-to-day coordination, allocation, scheduling, and completion tracking of field tasks as prioritised by the team lead.
- Ensure the triage of order tasks are completed each day, to ensure expected delivery dates are in the future and tasks coded correctly.
- Upload of artefacts as required.
- Direct communication with customers and building managers to manage all pre-field services workflows, enquiries, and information validation.
- Co-ordination of logistics and distribution of field services hardware to technicians where required.
- Accurate and timely entry of information included but not limited to: scheduling information, JEP coding and reassignments, general notes and updates on scheduling status and roadblocks.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with a great attitude and strong desire to learn. Ideally you would also posses the following:
- Exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in a customer service or operations environment.
- Sound understanding of fixed line telecommunications principles.
- A natural at tying up loose ends - ensuring that people and parts are where they need to be when they should be.
- High attention to detail, especially in relation to paperwork/data entry.
- Strong organisational skills. a
