**About the Role**
As a Senior Dermal Clinician at Aesthetica, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results-driven treatments while building strong, long-term patient relationships. This is a hands-on position for an experienced clinician who is confident in prescribing tailored treatment plans, driving rebookings, and recommending homecare solutions. You will work closely with our Cosmetic Doctors, contributing to a truly holistic patient experience, while also working towards individual and clinic-wide KPIs that come with generous incentives and bonuses.

What you’ll be doing:

- Delivering a full range of advanced dermal treatments tailored to each patient’s skin journey.
- Conducting thorough skin consultations and prescribing personalised treatment plans.
- Driving patient **rebookings** and ensuring strong long-term retention.
- Recommending homecare solutions, with a focus on **premium products** from Osmosis and Synergie Skin.
- Meeting and exceeding clinic KPIs, with access to **incentive and bonus structures**.
- Collaborating with our team of clinicians and Cosmetic Doctors to provide a holistic, medical-grade approach to skin.

What we’re looking for:

- **3-5 years’ experience** as a Dermal Clinician or in a senior skin clinic role.
- A **proven track record** in rebooking patients and achieving product sales targets.
- Advanced dermal knowledge with excellent consultation and communication skills.
- Passion for results-driven skin health and helping patients achieve lasting confidence.
- Ability to thrive independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
