Childcare Nominated Supervisor/director

Children’s Village Northmead opened its doors in 2023 and is licensed for 92 places. We are now seeking a dedicated and inspiring **Nominated Supervisor/Director** to join our team and help shape a high-quality learning environment for children aged 0-6 years.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a thriving, purpose-built centre, guiding both educators and families in creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging community.

**About the Opportunity**:
As the Nominated Supervisor/Director, you will be responsible for leading our team of educators, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with families. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a nurturing, safe, and high-quality environment that supports children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

**What We Are Looking For**:
✔ Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)/Diploma in Early Childhood Educaton
✔ Proven experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Centre Director
✔ Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
✔ A passion for mentoring and inspiring a team of educators
✔ Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture
✔ Dedication to building strong, collaborative relationships with families and the community

**Additional Requirements**:

- Child Protection Training
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable)
- Police check
