As a key member of the team, you’ll bring a high level of technical competence and supervisory ability, supporting others while also driving your own areas of responsibility. You’ll be responsible for evaluating and recommending equipment, procedures, and processes, and for preparing reports that guide decision-making. Your experience, initiative, and attention to detail will be highly valued as you contribute to the successful delivery of technical outcomes and continuous improvement across our operations.

**About You**

You are a dedicated and proactive professional with strong technical skills and a commitment to high-quality work. Your background in laboratory operations and ability to collaborate effectively within a team will see you thrive in this role.
- Hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma (or equivalent) in a relevant and recognised technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory environments, with strong skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and client service.
- Proven ability to supervise, train and support team members while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound knowledge of diagnostic practices, WHS, and quality assurance procedures.
