Programmed are currently looking for experienced cleaners for a full-time opportunity based in Virginia. Our clients are manufacturers of quality Frozen & Baked Pastry Products.

You will be responsible for leading and coordination the cleaning crew, cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures and working with your team member to achieve professional goals.

**Your duties are but not limited to**:

- Training and supervising Cleaner
- Organizing tasks for the day
- Training/coaching staff members
- Aiding Cleaners while they carry out their duties
- Problem solving

**The successful applicants will demonstrate the following attributes /qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
- Understanding of GMP and HACCP / Hygiene Practices is highly regarded
- Proven experience as a team leader
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Virginia QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
