**Role Requirements**
- Full Australian working rights
- Lifestyle qualification (for Lifestyle Coordinator)
- Lifestyle / AIN qualifications (for RAO)
- Minimum 6 months experience in the role within Aged Care
- Current police check
- Fully vaccinated
- Excellent communication skills
