If you want an exciting job with one of the largest UGG boots retail stores in the nation, join the growing UGG EXPRESS team UGG EXPRESS PTY LTD provides customers with a large range of sheepskin products like UGG boots, sheepskin rugs, etc. We are searching for experienced and enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our flexible support team in stores and contribute to their success.

**Essentially this position will involve**:

- Maintain a clean store and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner
- Receive and unload new shipments
- Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise
- Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products
- Determine customers needs and wants and suggest and display these items
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
- Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service at all times
- Maximizing sales opportunities through effective stock management techniques
- Receiving, unpacking, and correct placement of stock throughout the store
- Collaborating with fellow staff to achieve the above duties and responsibilities

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following**:

- Preferable previous experience within the retail or customer service industry.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard with a willingness to accept responsibility.
- Previous experiences in working within a fast-paced working environment.
- Humility to work effectively as part of a team within a hopeful and vibrant team culture.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $41.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Broadbeach, QLD 4218: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
