Hire Controller

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, Hire Controller to join our team and be a part of our journey to more growth and success

**Located in Thomastown, this office based role works Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm.**

**Daily tasks will include;**
- Performing daily and weekly operational procedures and reporting.
- Receiving and inputting orders from Customers and Account Managers.
- Coordinate in house and sub contracted transport.
- Manage customer sales inquiries.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Liaising with the service team regarding machine requirements and site specific safety paperwork.
- Data entry and filing.
- Equipment stock takes.
- Responding to any customer requests.
- Preparing quotes and pricelists.
- Previous experience, ideally 2+ years, in a similar position with a successful track record for achieving results.
- Experience within the Hire Industry is very advantageous.
- Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively meet deadlines and successfully prioritise work.

- Willingness to learn and be coached for success.
- High data entry skills.
- Valid Australian Drivers License.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
